We’re not really “manipulating the ionosphere” anymore than placing a single immersion heater from the local hardware store in the great lakes constitutes “manipulating the lakes”.
The sun plays havoc on the ionosphere on a daily basis. What HAARP does, has no real consequence in that context.
People who aren’t ignorant of physics, knows this. That’s why only people without a proper understanding of physics makes these crazy claims about HAARP.

Being the only person I have ever encountered, who claimed nazi’s developed a nuclear bomb, kinda makes you the person wanting to rewrite history in my book. Therefore, I made that claim.
I am a teacher. I do not teach history, but I have access to a lot of history books, and even the physics books, where this detail has some relevance, lists the Los Alamos project as the first succesful nuclear bomb production.
What are your sources?
You and I may know who he is, but if you asked on the streets of the US who he is, you would see the ignorance. I am saying that it’s the “official” story who created it, since there were many shows on TV about how it was actually ’cause in Cold War US needed “invisible” planes to penetrate Soviet territory. Since when is the U.S. creating RAM “official”? I found the paper about German submarines using a radar absorbing material on their periscopes and snorkels (no big deal) RAM helps stealth technology but it is by no means the corner stone.

I would be more critical oriented towards the “official” history fact. Only through critical thinking and careful observation can you attempt to reach truth, and not just follow blindly.
Who says I am rewriting history. My friend, victors write history, or what is it supposed to be. Bonaparte said himself, history is just the official agreement of the leaders of the world in a certain time. You would also think I am rewriting history if I said that the soviets were the first to create a rocket propelled plane, or if I said that the nazis were thefirst to create the RAM (radar absorbent material), and thus inventing the stealth technology, and not the US, as it is official.

Actually the first ever atomic bomb was made by Nazis (only an atomic test), but it was not combat ready, and they couldn’t build one in time.
I think that if we somehow manage to control weather, which is a very powerfull and destructive force, then in the end the world will balance itself out just it has been every time we found a cure for a disease or a sickness (we would get a new disease/sickness)… do some research, and if you can tell me i’m wrong, then just send me a message please.
